Through one-to-one interviews and workshops, a strategic review of the client’s Corporate Centre Information Systems, information flows and work processes was undertaken.

A strategic plan was developed, an IT Governance process formed and business champions were identified that removed 'Islands of Information' and allowed IS spend to be focused on integrated business focused solutions.
