Early definition of information requirements, delivery processes and responsibilities are the seeds of efficient and effective information management.

An "IM Approach", ideally defined in FEED, forms a robust foundation for procedures, detailed standards, systems and services to provide required information throughout the MCP. Our IM services support all parties (including contractors and vendors) in delivering accurate information for use by the Project and, later, Operations.

Venture offers:

• Advice and assistance in defining both strategic and operational aspects (eg information requirements, procedures, contracts, responsibilities, systems, services, resources and training)
• Individuals and teams to establish and deliver IM services (for documents, data and 3d CAD) following the agreed approach
• Enhanced productivity through improved collaboration (eg for teams straddling multiple locations and time zones).
