Traditional, often accepted, problems in the hand-over of engineering information can be reduced significantly with early planning and rigorous ongoing management according to an agreed approach.

Venture can:

• Define, support and enforce agreed information requirements, standards and procedures for successful handover
• Control information gathering throughout the project and commissioning to facilitate handover and reduce problems
• Liaise regularly with Operations engineers to ensure that the information collected and handed over is what they need.
