As part of a major programme of outsourcing of information technology functions, Venture was awarded the contract to managed and delivered an extensive IM outsource service to our client. Service Lines include: Geotechnical Applications IM, Project Management, Data Rooms, Corporate IM and Physical IM

Background

We were chosen for our ability to deliver a fresh, cost-effective and flexible business focused service. Our remit encompassed both commercial and technical physical data, including project management, geotechnical application and database management and support, Livelink EDMS management and support and commercial records management projects.
Dedicated on-site and off-site service delivery teams were established to maximise operational flexibility and minimise resources required at the client’s headquarters. These teams were augmented and supported by the Venture Consultancy and Project Delivery teams.

Outcome

As a result of our work, IT costs reduced by 25% through:
