Venture draws upon many years of hands-on IM experience within the E&P community to offer Consulting Services that help our clients improve business performance through better management of information.

We offer advice to owner-operators and service companies experiencing problems with the availability or quality of any type of information. Similarly we assist companies experiencing or considering business change, including asset acquisition or disposal, new operatorship, major contractor changes, re-organisation etc.

Our consultants work with key client stakeholders to fully understand the business situation and the problems and questions this raises concerning information and its management.

We work with our clients to articulate a vision, or develop an existing one, of "how things should be" to address the problems and questions raised by the current situation.

We recommend specific IM solutions or options, draw up outline roadmaps or detailed implementation plans, provide (or support) business case justification to sponsors and seek agreement on a course of action.

Our recommendations and plans are backed up by programme implementation and business change management services to ensure delivery of all aspects, including the critical "people, process and technology" elements of successful information management solutions.
